Mainteance Coordination
Maintenance diagnosis and coordination is covered under the monthly property management fee and is conducted by our property managers who coordinate between tenants, vendors and property owners.

We offer a full spectrum of maintenance services from general upkeep like painting and lawn care to specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning and contractor work. Our technicians are equipped to handle it all. With competitive hourly rates we ensure that maintenance issues are resolved efficiently and to the highest standards.
Third Party Vendors
We have developed an invaluable network of third party vendors who will often be dispatched to handle property maintenance issues. Because of the volume of work that we do, we are able to maintain solid vendor relationships to ensure our properties are serviced quickly and regularly.
